What time is the entrance to the rooms?

You can enter your room after 3 PM on the day of arrival. 
If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage in the luggage room if your room is not ready.

How much time do you leave the rooms?

Check out time is until 12 noon on the day of departure. 
You may leave your luggage stored in the luggage storage until you are planning your departure.

Can I extend my departure time?

Yes, on request and upon availability. Depending on the weather, there may be an additional cost.

Do you charge a fee for luggage storage?

No, luggage storage is a free service for our guests.

Do you have internet access in the rooms?

Yes we have Wi-Fi broadband access. 
Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and public areas. 
It is a free service for guests. 
It is compatible with laptops, mobile phones and tablets.

Do you accept credit cards for payments? Which are?

Yes, we do. Credit cards may be from the Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Carte Bleu networks.

Do you have parking?

Our accommodation does not have private parking. 
In the street parking is allowed and paid in all places. 
In addition, there is parking space indoors, at 150 meters distance. The cost is 24 Euros per day (price ​​to be confirmed).

Are pets allowed?

Not allowed. Only the Guide Dogs according to what is legally established.

Do you have an elevator in the building?

We do not have it. Access to the rooms is only by stairs. 
The building is small, so it is easy to access any of the floors.

Do you have wheelchair access and facilities for the disabled?

No, unfortunately. This guesthouse is housed in a building over 120 years old and is not adapted to these special needs. We regret this fact.
